With the continuous research by our R&D and Application Centre, we have developed Rennet Casein formulation which is a premix of emulsifiers and can be used as a ready product to produce mozzarella cheese. We have made repeated in-plant trials and assure you of excellent quality finished product with this premix/formulation.
It is a complete premix with a full complement of propriety emulsifiers and stabilizers ensuring always a consistent mozzarella with excellent stretch, melting, body, texture, shredding and flexibility; just add water and oil and process into mozzarella without altering your existing process parameters. It will be lot more easier for you because no more time consuming R&D and lengthy product trials will be required.
